Creator God 04:28
When I consider the heavens, the work of Your fingers: Creator God. I see the moon and the stars and, the planets in orbit: Creator God. I think: Who is like the LORD? God of all the Universe. And what is man to Him? Sits enthroned above the earth. And who can comprehend? Calls the starry host by name. O Yahweh, our Lord, how majestic is Your name in all the earth, In all the earth! O Yahweh, our Lord, how majestic is Your name in all the earth, In all the earth! And when You send forth Your Spirit, the Word You have spoken: Creator God. Then You rejoice in Your work as it comes into being: Creator God. I think: Bless the LORD, my soul! You are clothed in majesty. The LORD my God is great! Covering Yourself with light. The glory of the LORD, Shall endure forevermore! O Yahweh, our Lord, how majestic is Your name in all the earth, In all the earth! O Yahweh, our Lord, how majestic is Your name in all the earth, In all the ear-th! In all the ear-th! O Yahweh, our Lord, how majestic is Your name in all the earth, In all the earth! O Yahweh, our Lord, how majestic is Your name in all the earth, In all the earth! [key change] O Yahweh, our Lord, how majestic is Your name in all the earth, In all the earth! O Yahweh, our Lord, how majestic is Your name in all the earth, In all the earth! When I consider the heavens, the work of Your fingers: Creator God.

Listen 04:19
Consider it joy when trials you encounter are taking their toll and growing no lighter. For hardships bring patience and patience, endurance unto perfect completion on the day of the Lord From a faithful believer to new generations We listen to learn of Your wisdom. We listen... ...We listen to love, the Word we will do. We listen to serve the Father of lights and our Lord Jesus Christ. Help us endure, for You’ve promised a crown of life. We bow down, draw near to You now. Come in glory and power! Ask Him in faith without any doubting. Petitions we make have pow’r in their working. He knows when we sorrow, for others are pleading. In confessing our faults to one another, we’re healed. From a faithful believer to new generations We listen to learn of Your wisdom. We listen... We listen to live a faith that is pure We listen to pray, our hearts to obey, from the world be unstained. Help us control all the words of our mouths. To You we bow down, draw near to You now. Come in glory and power! What is our life? It is but a vapour. The wisdom from above will give us peace forever. ...We listen to love, the Word we will do. We listen to serve the Father of lights and our Lord Jesus Christ. Help us endure, for You’ve promised a crown of life. We bow down, draw near to You now. Come in glory and power! ...Come in glory and power! Come in glory and power!

In Your Hand 02:59
In You, O LORD, do we take refuge. Let us never be put to shame. In Your righteousness deliver us. May You guide and lead us, for Your name's sake. Our times are in Your hand our God. Help us know Your plan, help us understand Your will. Make Your face shine down on us. For Your mercy's sake, let us not be shamed but put our trust in You. In You, O LORD, we will rejoice, for You heard us and saw our pain. In the shelter of Your presence, LORD, there You keep us safely, from the enemy. Our times are in Your hand our God. Help us know Your plan, help us understand Your will. Make Your face shine down on us. For Your mercy's sake, let us not be shamed but put our trust in You. The righteous won't be shaken, for You are their salvation. Blessed is the one who trusts in You. Love the LORD his saints, for He preserves the faithful. Be strong as you wait for the LORD. Our times are in Your hand our God. Help us know Your plan, help us understand Your will. Make Your face shine down on us. For Your mercy's sake, let us not be shamed but put our trust in You.

Your Glory 03:57
You saw the world and it grieved Your heart, You saw all the children that you set apart, the sons of God saw the daughters of men, they married the world that Noah condemned and You sighed, You sighed You saw the thoughts that Your children had, their thoughts were only continually bad corruption that started in Adam’s head had flooded the world through the thoughts that were said and You sighed, and You sighed, You sighed You said within Your heart “Why have I created the earth, created sky?” You created it for Your glory, You created it for Your glory “Despite the wicked that plagues all the earth, I have seen one man who doesn’t walk by himself. This one man has found grace in my eyes, I will build him an ark to keep him safe from the skies You said within Your heart “Why have I created the earth, created sky?” You created it for Your glory, You created it for Your glory

Be my every action Be the words I say Be my true reflection Closer with each day Life may bring me trials Weariness and pain but my Lord's example love that overcame Helps me walk sincerely For I often stray God be ever near me Closer with each day. As I walk in Jesus Wash me clean of sin Faithful in your service I will follow him Guide me in your wisdom Lead me in your way Bring me to your kingdom Closer with each day.

Help our unbelief Increase our faith as if mustard seed That we may give this world the answer that it surely needs With a gentle voice and respectful words we’ll speak, we’ll speak Chorus: Make us ready to give an answer For the reason of the hope within us Give us wisdom to show all people That Your Word is sure, Your Truth endures, On Your Promises we stand secure, secure Help our unbelief Conviction and our testimony That we may trust Your Word assured within our hearts and minds That the faith we have and the love we share is true, is true.

about

The "Sunshine" and "Rain" EPs are two collections of songs that have been in development for a number of years. These songs are a natural progression from the last SoDP (Songs of Deliverance Project) album "Children of the Promise".

The concepts of Sunshine and Rain express God's love for his children. While different in form, both are needed for growth and development.

"But I say to you, Love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you, so that you may be sons of your Father who is in heaven. For he makes his sun rise on the evil and on the good, and sends rain on the just and on the unjust." (Matthew 5:44,45 ESV)

We made the decision to separate these collections into two small CDs for a number of reasons. Stylistically the songs divide quite nicely into two collections; "Sunshine" is high energy and upbeat, "Rain" is encouraging and reflective. Although not strictly kids songs, we believe that many families will enjoy the energy of "Sunshine" after receiving a lot of feedback from the song "Good News of the Kingdom of God".

Many of the songs contain the principles of sunshine and rain; the blessings of God designed to produce growth and a life of love. These blessings come during times of difficulty as well as times of great joy. We pray that these songs will help produce growth and help during all of these times.

"And He shall be as the light of the morning when the sun rises, a morning without clouds, when the tender grass springs out of the earth, through sunshine after rain." (2 Samuel 23:4)

about

Songs of Deliverance Projects Australia

In the early 2000s, Christadelphians from North Eastern America, along with many others from around the world, began to contribute to a largely youth focused music project, Songs of Deliverance, taken from the Psalms. “You are my hiding place; You shall preserve me from trouble; You shall surround me with songs of deliverance. Selah.” (Psa 32:7 NKJV)

SODP is currently based in Australia.
